On behalf of the organising committee of this Image-Based Simulation for Industry (IBSim-4i) event, we are delighted to invite you to participate in this initiative to develop the community of image-based simulation users in industry.
The IBSim-4i event series is organised by UKRI-STFC, Bath University, University of Bristol, Centrale Nantes, and the Institute of Physics (IOP) with support from CCPi Tomographic Imaging. The event is aimed at attendees from both academia and industry.
The event consists of a 2-day training course and a 2-day users’ forum. With keynote speakers, the focus will be on the multi-disciplinary aspects of image-based simulation and their applications in industry.

This year there will also be an additional 5th day focused on the outcomes of an ongoing EPSRC grant which interested parties are welcome to attend.
Abstract submission is now open, please do this by 31 July 2022 via the IOP website.

The Institute of Physics’ new headquarter building in King’s Cross, London is a test-bed for cutting edge technologies and a place to showcase the ways in which physics innovation can benefit society.
