The IBSim-4i event series (formerly IBFEM-4i) is organised by Zienkiewicz Centre for Computational Engineering, Swansea University and The Institute of Physics. The event is aimed at attendees from both academia and industry.
The event consists of a 2-day training course followed by a 2-day users’ forum. With keynote speakers, the focus will be on the multi-disciplinary aspects of image-based simulation and their applications in industry. This year there will also be an additional 5th day focused on the outcomes of an ongoing EPSRC grant which interested parties are welcome to attend.

The Institute of Physics’ new headquarter building in King’s Cross, London is a test-bed for cutting edge technologies and a place to showcase the ways in which physics innovation can benefit society.
